Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a schedule appointment with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at 50% of the agreed-upon rate for time scheduled. If a scanning service is cancelled after collection of the items, the items will be return and a refund given, less deductions for any work completed, and a collection and delivery fee of $60 will be retained.

Collection and Delivery of items for Scanning

We will contact you via phone or email to schedule in a mutually convenient time to collect your photos.  If the collection or delivery is further than an estimated 45 minute drive from Rosanna, VIC, we will contact you before the collection and provide an estimate for any additional collection or delivery costs.

If you need to reschedule your appointment time, or your scanning collection or delivery, please contact me on 0412 527 921 as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking in a Scanning Package to secure your priority placement and the collection of your items.  Any additional charges for services over your chosen package will be communicated clearly, with agreement made, prior to additional services being performed.  Additional hourly rates are charged at $65 per hour and full payment is required prior to the delivery of items.  For photo organising services payment is required at the end of each service day, or invoiced weekly as agreed, based on the chosen package.

Scope of Work

I will work diligently and efficiently on the agreed upon scanning and photo organising projects. As the scope of projects vary, the client acknowledges that not all projects may get completed within the maximum number of hours allocated.  Any additional time needed will be discussed prior to work being done.

Supplies

Client agrees to pay for all additional supplies that are used during services rendered.  Such items will be discussed prior to supplies being purchased.

Liability

I will make every reasonable effort to safeguard your personal materials during the scanning and organising process, but Photo Helper will not be responsible for items damaged or held liable for any other results of any work done during or after scanning or organising sessions.

Confidentiality

I will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal. I will use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission. I will keep client information confidential and not use it to benefit myself or my company, or reveal this information to others.
